FAQ

FAQ’s team is made up of an international network of professionals from a range of commercial backgrounds.

The founder of FAQ is Michiel Schoenmakers, who has fifteen years experience of working in fair trade, organic production and processing and certification systems in Asia, Africa, and Middle- and Latin America. Michiel works with different professionals in different disciplines.

Each team member has ample experience of working with entrepreneurial goals in a development setting. On board are former organic inspectors of SKAL and SGS, accredited GlobalGap trainers, advisors at DLV advice group, Louis Bolk Instutuut, and former workers at Agro Eco and AgroFair.

Together, the FAQ team has a total of over 50 years in commercial business, organic production systems (temperate and tropical), inspection, certification, legislation, code of conducts, food safety, fair trade, and food processing.
